his phenomenal 4 year old mare would be great for someone who wants to grow with her. She would be good for any kind of riding. She goes through water and has been trail rode a lot. Not afraid or timid but very gentle. We have hauled her for long weekends and she has done great. She loads, ties, and bathes. We have taken her through barrel and pole patterns. Many Chincoteague ponies are great for jumping and she would also be a great prospect for that. She has been around and moved both cattle and sheep from farms to farm. Swung a rope off of her. She has no problem with trains, tractors, traffic, dogs, cattle, sheep, or goats. She will pony along like a dream if you have a young child on her and she is also great at ponying other horses. She does NOT have a mare attitude and acts completely like a horse not a pony attitude. Gets along great with all of our horses, gelding or mare. Did I say she loads, ties, bathes, and is a gem for the farrier. Up to date on shots and dental. We have lots of videos and pictures. We are selling because my daughter is leaving for college. Rider in the picture is 5'6". She is a sturdy mare. We hauled her to the State High School Rodeo finals for the fun of it and she did AWESOME! Better than most of the horses there. We didn't hear a word out of her in the stall and she was great riding as well. She did not compete there we just hauled her to see how she would respond with all the noise and activity that you get at a rodeo.
