St. Croix are a rare breed of hair sheep native to America. They are raised primarily for meat and have a docile temperament. Adult weight is 125-165#.

Other benefits of St. Croix: Traditionally the tail is left long, so NO NEED FOR TAIL DOCKING. St. Croix produce easily on grass and/or hay, so NO NEED FOR GRAIN. Because we don't dock tails or feed grain we give NO ROUTINE CDT SHOTS.
